You may, or may not, have noticed we were down for about 15 hours over the weekend. We’ve recently been preparing to beef up our server for our Quick Capture feature. We’ve finally got everything in order and made the jump. What does this mean for you, as the user? Well, it means you’ll soon be able to record videos right in DeskTube, then upload them right to your YouTube account! That’s pretty exciting, right? Yes, we sure do think so. Well, that may not be all you’ll see from these recent server upgrades. We’re preparing to be able to offer live video chat, and messaging services. This is going to take a lot of work and testing, and may take even more server upgrades but we are prepared to do so.

So, we think these upgrades were very needed, and are excited about what’s to come of them. Remember to stay updated, the next update will be a big one.
